The VooPoo Drag X PnP-X vape kit is a powerful and simple to use pod kit that’s ideal for sub ohm vaping. Powered by a 18650 battery (sold separately), it’s capable of an 80W output, which means it keeps up with classic sub ohm kits in terms of both power and battery life. Easy to use it features the GENE TT chipset and a simplified user interface. To help get you started each kit includes two VooPoo PnP mesh coils as well as the upgraded 2ml PnP-X pod tank.

First-time set-up and any future adjustments are very easy. For example, you won’t have to select a wattage if you don’t want to. Instead, thanks to smart wattage matching the Drag X will detect which of the coils from the PnP range you’ve installed and automatically selects the best power output for you. You’ll also have the option to adjust the wattage between 5 - 80W to find a DTL (Direct To Lung) vape that suits you.
Capable of holding up to 2ml of e-liquid, the PnP-X pod tank combines the durability of a pod with the enhanced vapour production of a sub ohm tank. You can use this tank at any wattage level thanks to the range of compatible coils available. It also features an adjustable airflow that gives you the option of switching between a tighter or looser draw. The top filling design makes refilling very simple and the tank can hold up to 2ml of e-liquid. We recommend a 70% VG e-liquid or higher VG e-liquid.

If you are out when your courier attempts to deliver, they will leave you a card with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.
You can specify the delivery address when placing the order, this can be different from your own home address.
We try our best to get items delivered on time, and we aim to ship all online orders within 24 hours of you placing an order.
Returns
Unwanted products
An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.
This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online. These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or coils that have no seal or have been used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice.
Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
Faulty products
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or Delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Please Note: Most manufacturers need the serial number that is usually found on the packaging, please keep all original packaging for the life span of your product.
Damaged products
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the products within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the Order Number. Shipping with tracking is highly advised as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you find a product missing from your delivery, a fault, or damaged item in your delivery please contact us here. Missing, damaged, or not required items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims outside of the above timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
