The Fat Rabbit RTA is a 28.4mm RDA designed and manufactured by Hellvape with simplicity in mind whilst still providing amazing flavour and vapour production, this is all thanks to the Dual Airflow System that can be adjusted to suit most vapers styles, bottom airflow and side airflow combined with a honeycomb airflow intake makes for huge vapour and incredible rich flavour.
The build deck on the Fat Rabbit RTA is a post less style that provides plenty of space for single coils dual coils and plenty of wicking, designed for enthusiasts who pursue cloud chasing and a superior vaping experience. To gain access to the build deck is super simple, simply hold the main body of the RTA in one hand while turning the base a quarter of a turn and lift.
Like most Atomizers on the market today the Fat Rabbit RTA is filled via a top fill system making it clean and easy to do so, simply turn the topcap a quarter of a turn to be presented with 2 big juice holes. Sitting on top of the topcap you will notice a drip tip that looks like any other standard 810 driptip however, Hellvape have created this tip with anti condensation in mind, machining in a tapered edge onto the inside of the tip to catch and release any condensation back into the tank.

If you are out when your courier attempts to deliver, they will leave you a card with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.
You can specify the delivery address when placing the order, this can be different from your own home address.
We try our best to get items delivered on time, and we aim to ship all online orders within 24 hours of you placing an order.
Returns
Unwanted products
An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.
This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online. These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or coils that have no seal or have been used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice.
Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
Faulty products
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or Delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Please Note: Most manufacturers need the serial number that is usually found on the packaging, please keep all original packaging for the life span of your product.
Damaged products
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the products within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the Order Number. Shipping with tracking is highly advised as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you find a product missing from your delivery, a fault, or damaged item in your delivery please contact us here. Missing, damaged, or not required items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims outside of the above timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
