Cthulhu Mods - Gaia RDTA - Cthulhu Mods Gaia 24mm RDTA is a subcompact atomizer platform that features a well balanced build and airflow range along with introducing a convenient center fill design and a squonk ready design, a rarity among RDTA systems. The Gaia, following suit with Cthulhu Mods RBA designs, is elegant, streamlined, and compact in height. With versatility a key design foundation, the Gaia is one of the most robust RDTA platforms on the market with key improvements in the build deck, filling method, and airflow systems. The build deck features a standard two post, dual 2.5mm terminals per post layout secured with PEEK insulation. Positioned between both posts in the center of the deck is the fill port for the 2ml tank reservoir, which can be filled with standard droppers and unicorn bottles for convenience. The Gaia implements a dual airflow system with dual 8mm by 2mm airslots entering horizontally and directly into the chamber and dual 5mm by 2.5mm bottom airflow that is redirected up and into the deck. The direct side airflow can be throttled via a threaded top cap design and can be fully closed if desired. The Gaia is one of the only RDTA platforms that can also be configured to be Squonk ready (Squonk assembly included in each set), giving it one of the best potential ranges on the market. If you are out when your courier attempts to deliver, they will leave you a card with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.

You can specify the delivery address when placing the order, this can be different from your own home address. 

We try our best to get items delivered on time, and we aim to ship all online orders within 24 hours of you placing an order.

Unwanted products

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. 

This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online. These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.

Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or coils that have no seal or have been used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice. 

Please provide your order numbers when you return a product. 

Faulty products

It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or Delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Please Note: Most manufacturers need the serial number that is usually found on the packaging, please keep all original packaging for the life span of your product. 

Damaged products 

If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the products within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the Order Number. Shipping with tracking is highly advised as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you find a product missing from your delivery, a fault, or damaged item in your delivery please contact us here. Missing, damaged, or not required items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims outside of the above timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
