That's why we took an interest in the Prisma: this small Greek box meets the specifications perfectly.
A small box
The Prisma DNA75C has a small size. It works with a 18650 battery (not included). It is easy to transport and perfectly suited for daily use.
At a time when MTL atomizers are making a strong comeback, the Prisma finds its place perfectly in this landscape: 77.5 mm high, 45 wide and 25 deep. In other words, your atomizers with 22, 23, 24 or even 25mm diameters will perfectly fit.
Elcigart has also conditioned us to quality work and proves it again with the Prisma DNA75C. The body of the box is made of delrin, the frame and the tube in Brass coated with cerakote. Equipped with a classic 510 connection, it also has a serial number and an engraving.
Made in Greece, it honors its name "Prisma" with elegant and ergonomic lines. To sum up, the Prisma is attractive and qualitative. Now let's see what is hidden under its beautiful curves...
The good vape
The Prisma DNA75C electro box is equipped, as its name suggests, with the DNA75C by Evolv chipset, the latest variation to date.
If the chipset pleases by its graphic interface, it also convinces thanks to the numerous possibilities it offers (PreHeat Mode, Temp Control Mode...). The chipset is always fully configurable via the EScribe software - an individuality and scalability that makes it stand out from the crowd.
By incorporating an Evolv DNA75C Chipset, the Prisma perfectly combines performance and reliability. The chipset ensures a smooth surface and offers up to 75W of power - something many users will love!

If you are out when your courier attempts to deliver, they will leave you a card with instructions on how to reschedule your delivery.

Returns
Unwanted products
An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging.
This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made online. These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable, or time-critical goods.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returned e-liquids or coils that have no seal or have been used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement, or an online sales invoice.
Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
Faulty products
It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so we try to make our returns or repair service as painless as possible. If the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase (or Delivery) we will always offer you either a repair, exchange, or refund. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
Please Note: Most manufacturers need the serial number that is usually found on the packaging, please keep all original packaging for the life span of your product.
Damaged products
If you unpack your product and find it damaged, you can return the products within 48 hours of purchase or delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. You must contact us within 14 days of the purchase date to request a refund. Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded. You will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us along with the Order Number. Shipping with tracking is highly advised as we are not responsible for undelivered packages.
Missing or Damaged Items
If you find a product missing from your delivery, a fault, or damaged item in your delivery please contact us here. Missing, damaged, or not required items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims outside of the above timescale will not be considered. Your statutory rights are not affected.
