Vape Shack was established in 2013 out of the love for vaping and to offer its customers more then just a place to buy vape products, it was set up to offer a help hub a place that customers can come for help, advice or just a general chat as at the time there was very few vape shops that had the knowledge to help guide people in choosing the correct products for them to make the change from smoking cigarettes. Here at Vape Shack we have a different approach to how we choose products to offer to our customers, we look for the very best products on the market and only stock products that we have tested by ourselves and have found that the work well and don’t have problems that could cause our customers to have a bad experience (In other words we wouldn’t use ourselves). The liquids we stock we make sure that the manufactures our providing a high level of due diligence in making sure they are safe for consumers to use (Including shortfill bottles) that some companies think are exempt from testing. In short we care about our customers and want to do our very best to keep our customers safe and have the best experience possible.
