What is Click and Collect?

You can place your order online as you would do normally. When you check out you can select Click and Collect as your delivery option. Come to our Prescot store and collect your order, It's Hassle free and easy for anyone short on time.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Once you have placed your order you’ll receive your confirmation email, bring this with you when you are ready to collect your order. No need to print it off just show us the email in store from your phone, along with some photo ID with your names matching and we can pass over your order.

Can someone collect my order for me?

Yes, they can, whomever you are sending to collect will need to have some form of photo ID from you with the names matching the order confirmation. Alternatively, when checking out you can put their name as the recipient. They will then just need a photo ID with names matching the order to be able to collect.

When will my order be ready?

You will recieve a notication once your items have been packed, and are ready for collection. We endeavour to have all orders ready within 24 hours. Orders can be ready sooner so always keep an eye out for the notification email. Orders can be collected whenever our store is open.
