How do I join the loyalty scheme?

You can join the loyalty scheme simply by registering online. Alternatively, if you visit our store, one of our team members will be able to assist you through the registration process. Customers who register instore will be provided a physical loyalty card and key fob to be used when making future in-store purchases. 

Don't worry if you register online, and would still like a physical card. Next time you visit the store after completing registration, let us know and we will provide you with your physical loyalty card. 

How do I collect points?

Once registered for the loyalty scheme you can collect loyalty points both with online and in-store purchases. Make sure you are logged into your account when purchasing online, to ensure your loyalty points are added. 

When shopping in-store, you will need your physical key fob or card, which we will swipe before completing your purchase, to add your loyalty points. 

Whilst the vast majority of products will allow you to collect loyalty points against. There are some items that are excluded and these tend to be our higher-priced, bespoke devices and equipment, or where we have special deals in place for reduced line items. Remember our loyalty points are awarded out our discretion. If you want to check if the item you are purchasing will earn loyalty points. How do I use my points?

Once your account has reached 1500 points, you will be provided with a £10 reward voucher. When purchasing in-store, the voucher will be handed to you with your receipt. When ordering online your voucher will be packed with your items, which will either be delivered or collected by you in-store. Once a voucher has been printed from our system, your loyalty points reset to a 0 balance.

These reward vouchers can be redeemed against any of your next purchases. Online you will need to add the voucher code number into the discount code box upon checkout. Instore purchases, make sure you bring your voucher print out with you to hand in to one of our team members. 

What if I lose my reward voucher?

Unfortunately with the way our system works, once a reward voucher is printed and provided to the customer we are unable to re-print it. So hold onto them and keep them safe like the precious 'gift' they are.

Can I transfer points to another account?

Unfortunately, you cannot transfer points to another account.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Technically yes, once you reach the reward voucher threshold and your voucher is printed, your balance resets to 0. Please note your points have no cash value and can only be redeemed by using your loyalty reward vouchers.

Do my points expire?

Your points do not expire as long as your account remains active over a three-month period. If you haven’t placed an order for three months, your points will expire however your account will remain active. 

Reward vouchers once received will have a three-month expiration date, if the voucher hasn't been used within this period the voucher will expire. 

Can I redeem my reward points for cash?

Unfortunately, your points cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be redeemed against purchases against valid products either online or instore.

My physical loyalty card and/or key fob are looking rough, can I get a replacement?

We know cards and especially key fobs can start to look a bit wore down, that's why we offer a free card replacement every 12 months. If you need a replacement before your first 12-month renewal date. Bring the loyalty card and/or fob into the store and we can replace it before this period. However, if you need a further replacement in that next 12-month period then replacement cards can be purchased for £2.50 in store. Once your next 12-month renewal date comes back around after receiving your last replacement card and fob you will be entitled to another free replacement.

What if I lose my physical loyalty card or key fob?

We know how easy it is to misplace things so through our free annual card exchange service. If you lose your card within the first 12 months. We will replace your card for free. However, after this point you won't be able to get another free of charge replacement for 12 months. If you lose your card within that next 12-month period then replacement cards can be purchased for £2.50 in store.
